Pushing 60, Riding 100 Kms: Milind Soman Sets Major Fitness Goals In Cycling Video | Watch



Milind Soman is a major fitness freak. From running to swimming, to body weight exercises like pushups and cycling, the model-actor never ceases to impress and continues to push past his limits, physically. Soman dropped a video on his Instagram handle in which he revealed cycling for over 100 km.

He further revealed that he completed the 100 km cycling circuit after a long time. “100km this morning. riding after months and so so refreshinggggg (sic),” the caption to Soman’s post read. Netizens flooded the comments section with appreciation post for the Sam Bahadur star. “What a flex sir,” commented one. Another one wrote, “Business is also like a riding a bicycle, you have to keep cycling. Milind Sir you are an inspiration to all (sic).” Not just Milind, his wife Ankita Konwar and his mother Usha Soman are also into fitness. Apart from his career in showbiz, Soman is a former national-level swimmer and has participated in numerous marathons and ultra-marathons. He also won the Ironman and Ultraman titles.

In an interview with Elle India, Soman talked about keeping it simple when it comes to fitness. He shared that he does not go to the gym but instead relies of body weight workouts and cardio. He also put emphasis on healthy eating for a long and fulfilling life.    

“I don’t go to the gym, I don’t have a diet, but I live a healthy lifestyle. I get enough sleep and eat everything, but I know when and how much to eat. And I am very active. I think it’s because I am regular and consistent- this is a lifestyle I have had for more than 50 years,” he said.
