A scary video emerging from New Jersey, showing a mid-air collision between two helicopters that crashed to the ground in Hammonton. A person was killed, and another one is critically injured after the helicopters crashed into the ground, AFP reported. According to the video, which is going viral on social media platforms, flames at the crash site with thick smoke billowing from the ground.As per Channel2Now, the emergency crews are responding to a major aircraft incident, which took place in the area of White Horse Pike and Route 206. Authorities say both helicopters went down at or near the same location. One of the aircraft is fully involved in fire, while the second helicopter crashed into a wooded area, making access and search efforts more challenging for responders. Firefighters, EMS and law enforcement personnel are currently on scene. Officials have confirmed that at least one patient has been located and is actively being extricated from the wreckage. Crews are continuing a systematic search of the surrounding area to determine whether there are additional occupants or patients involved. Due to the scope of the incident, multiple emergency resources have been requested, and the response remains ongoing. Authorities have not yet released information regarding the number of people aboard either helicopter, the condition of the confirmed patient or what may have led to the crash. Officials emphasise that this is a developing situation and details may change as more information becomes available. Members of the public are strongly urged to avoid the area to allow first responders to safely conduct rescue and investigation operations.
