Australia’s batting woes continued as they managed just 119 in their second innings, setting India an 81-run target to clinch the match.

India’s chase began on shaky ground, with star openers captain Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi dismissed early. Suryavanshi, the youngest IPL centurion at 14, tried to launch the first ball he faced over the straight boundary but fell short. In the next over, Mhatre was bowled by Kasey Barton, leaving India reeling.
