Virat Kohli played a behind-the-scenes role in inspiring Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women ahead of their title-winning WPL final and later joined in celebrating the historic achievement. After RCB Women chased down a record 204-run target to defeat Delhi Capitals and lift their second WPL trophy, Kohli congratulated the team with a heartfelt Instagram post praising their effort and leadership.

“Champions again. Keeping the RCB flag flying high is something that each one of you can be proud of. To Smriti Mandhana and the whole squad and the management team, a big congratulations on this tremendous victory. You guys deserve this undoubtedly. Enjoy the moment and embrace the love of our amazing fans,” he wrote.The franchise also released a motivational video message from Kohli that was played to the team on the eve of the final.
