Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli have been busy working on their next project SSMB29. The makers have not yet confirmed, but rumours are rife that Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran are also part of the project. And a recent viral photo stands as proof. It has been reported that SSMB29 will go on the floors in Odisha and for the same Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj were snapped at the airport together, hinting the rumours to be true. This is the first time the duo has been snapped together since the rumours started doing the rounds
Photos of Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj being welcomed by security officials at the airport are going viral on the internet. Mahesh can be seen in a blue shirt paired with black pants and a cap, whereas Prithviraj arrived in an all-black look. However, Priyanka was nowhere to be seen.
The unit is reportedly moving to Odisha from March 6-20 to shoot some scenes.
SSMB29 is going to be one of the most expensive and highly anticipated movies in Indian cinema. The movie is dubbed as a jungle-set action adventure and reportedly Priyanka (the leading lady) will also be seen performing some high-octane stunts. Amid this, Prithviraj, who recently wrapped up his forthcoming movie L2: Empuraan, shared a post donning a new look. In the caption, he wrote, “Finish and hand over film and all marketing assets on your directorial Get into appearance for your next as an actor Realise you have long monologues in a language that’s not native to you and start becoming nervous (sic).”
Many believed that he was hinting at joining the shoot of SSMB29.
Mahesh Babu starrer is likley to be made on a whopping budget of ₹1000 crores and Priyanka has reportedly charged ₹30 crores as a fee for her role in the movie. More details regarding the cast and crew have been kept under wraps.
