Cristiano Ronaldo has officially become engaged to long-time partner Georgina Rodriguez, marking a milestone in their nearly nine-year relationship.
The football superstar proposed on August 11, 2025, with the couple first meeting in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid, where Rodriguez was working at the time.
The Spanish model confirmed the news on Instagram, posting a close-up of an oval-cut diamond ring alongside the caption: “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.”
Rodriguez has frequently offered fans a glimpse into their life together, most notably through her Netflix series I Am Georgina. The show highlights her balancing act between motherhood, her career, and life alongside one of the most recognisable athletes in the world.
