Along with not being able to ring family, EE customers say they can’t even call the company for updates.
Speaking about the problems, EE user Sue said on X, “@EE your customer service your customer service line is not working either. We have no service here no calls in or out.”
In response, EE added, “We’re currently addressing an issue impacting our services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused; we’re working urgently to fix this issue and will provide a further update as soon as possible.”
