Chennai Super Kings’ top-order batter Ayush Mhatre has been ruled out of the remainder of IPL 2026 after sustaining a left hamstring injury during the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 18.The franchise confirmed the development in an official statement on Monday, adding that the injury will require a rehabilitation period of six to 12 weeks, effectively ending Mhatre’s campaign this season.
