After Nickwa, Jhandaya And Makdi Man, Paps Call Louis Tomlinson ‘Chota Waala’, Sparking Laughter Riot | WATCH



Former One Direction band member Louis Tomlinson performed his maiden concert in Mumbai as a part of the Lollapalooza music festival. The singer landed in India on March 8 and has been spotted in various parts of the city since then. One particular spotting of the singer has gone viral on social media, courtesy of the paparazzi commentary in the same.

Woh Chota Waala: Indian paps identification of Louis Tomlinson goes viral

On March 10, Louis Tomlinson was spotted coming out of a building in Mumbai. The singer was accompanied by his team of musicians ahead of his Lollapalooza performance. The paparazzi members seemed interested in clicking pictures of the singer but were not quite sure of who among the group of boys was Tomlinson.

This gave rise to a hilarious moment wherein the camerapersons could be heard explaining to each other who Louis Tomlinson is. In classic colloquial style, the paps were heard saying, “Woh beech mein, jo chota sa hai (the short one in the middle), while talking about the singer:” The video has now gone viral on social media.

When Indian paparazzi tickled the internet’s funny bone with ‘Nickwa’, ‘Jhandaya’ and ‘Makdi Man’ 

In April 2023, stars from across the country and select Hollywood personalities attended the opulent opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. The 2-day event saw the who’s who of the industry and had in attendance Priyanka Chopra’s husband and singer Nick Jonas, Spiderman co-stars and couple Tom Holland and Zendaya. The paparazzi stationed at the event gave the internet several ROFL moments with their mix-ups and hilarious addressing of the stars.

Some of the most viral moments occurred when the paps requested Nick Jonas to pose for them only by calling him ‘Nick Jiju’ and ‘Nickwa’. In another unintentional mistake, they could be heard saying ‘Jhandeya’ instead of Zendya and called Tom Holland ‘Makdi Man’ because of his starring in Spider-Man.
