India Vs Australia: Anushka Sharma’s Unmissable Reaction As Virat Kohli Breaks Into A Bhangra, Karan Aujla Cheers In Stands

India wrapped up Australia’s innings at the Champions Trophy semi-final at 264, with three balls remaining, setting up a chase of 265 at the Dubai International Stadium. As India celebrated the wicket of Cooper Connolly, who fell off a ball from Mohammed Shami, Virat Kohli did his signature bhangra step, eliciting an animated reaction from his wife Anushka Sharma who was in the stands supporting team India.

Anushka was dressed in a simple white T-shirt, blue denim and sunglasses as she attended the first semi-final of the Champions Trophy 2025. South Africa will take on New Zealand in the 2nd semi-final of the limited-overs tournament. Meanwhile, the Bollywood actress was snapped at the Dubai International Stadium as she cheered for team India alongside Virat’s brother Vikas Kohli. As Connolly departed, Anushka mirrored the jubilant mood of team India on the ground as she stood up, clapped and cheered. Karan Aujla was also seen in the stands.

Australia’s captain Steve Smith and Alex Carey struck fifties to guide Australia to 264 all out in the Champions Trophy semifinal in Dubai on Tuesday.

Smith top-scored with 73 off 96 balls as he stitched two crucial partnerships, first with Travis Head (39) for the second wicket, which yielded 50 runs, and then with Marnus Labuschagne (29) for the third for another 56 runs. After the departure of Smith in the 37th over, Carey (61) took charge to take Australia past 260. For India, Mohammed Shami (3/38) grabbed three wickets while Varun Chakravarthy and Ravindra Jadeja took two wickets apiece. Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel got one each.

The Indian players took the field wearing black armbands in honour of domestic cricket legend Padmakar Shivalkar, who died in Mumbai on Monday due to age-related illness. He was 84.
