CK Birla Group rebrands as The CKA Birla Group


The CK Birla Group has announced rebranding to The CKA Birla Group. Having it’s origins 170 years ago, “the rebranding reflects the Group’s evolution from a diversified industrial conglomerate into a future-focused enterprise driven by technology and services,” the Group said in a statement.

“This change is more than a name change, it is a renewed promise to innovate, collaborate and lead with purpose. It reflects the organisations evolving mission and the diversification of the product portfolio, appealing to a broader and global customer base,” it added.

From its origins in manufacturing, the group has evolved into a services-led enterprise with technology as a core business. 

“The change also reflects a deep commitment to empowering people, recognizing diverse talents and leadership as pivotal to continued success,” it said.

With the rebranding, the Group has Introduced a new visual identity and messaging that aligns with its future facing goals, while staying true to its legacy of trust and transformation.

The CKA Birla Group is led by C.K. Birla as chairman and Amita Birla as co-chairman.

The group companies include Birlasoft, GMMCO, National Engineering Industries (manufacturer of NBC Bearings), BirlaNu (formerly HIL), Orient Electric, CK Birla Healthcare (CK Birla Hospitals and Birla Fertility & IVF), Orient Paper, AVTEC and Neosym.
