Ahead of the most anticipated match, an old video of the star batter with his wife and actress Anushka Sharma has resurfaced online. In the clip, the couple can be seen engaging in a fun game of cricket, but with bizarre rules that the actress mends to suit herself.

On March 2 the Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress was stumped when her husband Virat Kohli was dismissed in just 11 runs. This was the first Champions Trophy 2025 match Anushka attended. Social media users and eagle-eyed have figured out what the actress said after Glenn Phillips caught the ball. As per netizens, Anushka Sharma was also amazed by the catch and expressing her amusement said, “Bhaisahab kya catch pakda hai (What a catch).” The moment went viral on social media.

Anushka was dressed in a simple white T-shirt, blue denim and sunglasses as she attended the first semi-final of the Champions Trophy 2025 between India and Australia on March 4. The Bollywood actress was snapped at the Dubai International Stadium as she cheered for team India alongside Virat’s brother Vikas Kohli. As Connolly departed, Anushka mirrored the jubilant mood of Team India on the ground as she stood up, clapped and cheered. Singer Karan Aujla was also seen in the stands.
