Unni Mukundan Invites Internet Fury After He Loses Cool, Snatches Fan’s Phone, Watch Viral Video

Unni Mukundan, best known for his latest release Marco, has upset social media users with his recent behaviour with a fan. The actor stepped out for the promotion of his movie Get-Set Baby when he was at a multiplex and a fan approached him. The star-struck fan was seen recording the actor on his phone and this upset Mukundan. A video of him losing his cool at the fan is now viral.

In a now-viral video, Unni Mukundan could be seen coming out of a multiplex with his team. The actor was dressed in formal attire and was trying to make his way out in a seemingly empty passageway. A handful of fans caught notice of the actor and immediately rushed to catch a glimpse of him.

One particular man was seen recording Mukundan on his phone as he walked by. Initially, the actor seemed oblivious to the action, however, later he lost his cool. Without saying much the Marco fame snatched the fan’s phone and kept it in the pocket of his shirt. The actor continued walking, while the fan followed him. A video of the same is now viral and has divided users on social media.

As soon as the video of Unni Mukundan losing cool at his fan went viral, social media users took to their accounts to share their opinions. While a section of people thought the clip was funny, others pointed out that fans should maintain some distance and respect the privacy of the actors. Another section of netizens alleged that actors first behave well with fans and later become arrogant after tasting success.

A comment on the video read, “During the budding stage you encourage them and now you get irritated when the same fans approach you.” A fan defended Mukundan and wrote, “There is a limit. What he did is right. He would have inserted the mobile in the hero’s nose lol”. Another labelled Mukundan as ‘Mollywood’s Ajith’ drawing a comparison with how much the Tamil actor values privacy. The video has now left the internet divided.
