Tribeca and Ira Realty plan a 65-storey luxury residential tower in Hyderabad’s fast-growing Kokapet, marking the first Trump-branded real estate project in South India.
Hyderabad is set to get its first Trump-branded luxury project. Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty are investing around Rs 2,000 crore to develop a massive 65-storey Trump Tower in Kokapet, one of the city’s fastest-growing premium real estate corridors.
The project will mark the first Trump-branded development in South India, adding another high-profile name to Hyderabad’s rapidly expanding luxury property market.
The proposed tower is expected to cater to the ultra-premium residential segment, with the Trump brand positioning the development as a luxury address in the Kokapet–Financial District corridor.
Kokapet has emerged as one of Hyderabad’s biggest real estate hotspots, driven by its proximity to the Financial District, major IT hubs, commercial developments and international-standard infrastructure. The area has witnessed a sharp rise in premium residential and mixed-use projects as demand for luxury housing increases.
For Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty, the project represents a major expansion of the Trump-branded residential portfolio in India. Trump-branded properties have already established a presence in cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram and Kolkata, with the Hyderabad project taking the brand deeper into India’s southern property market.
The Rs 2,000-crore investment also underscores the growing appetite for large-scale luxury real estate projects in Hyderabad, where rising corporate activity, high-income professionals and infrastructure development are supporting demand for premium homes.
The project could further strengthen Kokapet’s position as Hyderabad’s luxury real estate destination while adding a globally recognised brand to the city’s skyline.
