Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film hasn’t begun production yet because of the actor’s ongoing commitments. Amid these speculations, a plot summary claiming to be from Spirit has been circulating online. Originally written in Telugu, the storyline has been translated into English as follows: “Spirit Movie Story—Prabhas plays a sincere and ruthless cop from a middle-class background. He is highly disciplined and completely devoted to his duty. However, in his personal life, he has a tender side—his wife and their four-year-old child.”

After the plot leaked, netizens flooded the comments section with their reactions. Many compared it to Thalapathy Vijay’s Theri, while some argued that Sandeep Reddy Vanga would never create a film with such a storyline.
Prabhas is juggling several projects, keeping fans thrilled but causing unexpected delays. Among these, Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, was originally set to start filming in January 2025. However, filming has reportedly been postponed to June due to Prabhas’ injury on the sets of Fauji and his treatment in Europe.
