Samsung offers you a huge free Galaxy upgrade but offer ends this week

The countdown is on until the release later this week of the Samsung Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, Samsung’s latest folding phones. The impressive-looking bendy blowers don’t come cheap, but there is a special pre-order offer that could help soften the blow, especially if you buy one of the new phones on contract.

I’ve been testing the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and though it’s mightily expensive, it’s an incredibly well-built smartphone with some of the best dimensions I’ve yet tested on a foldable. It’s very thin, the battery life is solid, and the outside screen makes it feel like a normal phone,

Samsung and all UK retail partners are offering the Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 with double the storage at no extra cost, meaning you can get either device with 512GB of storage for the usual cost of 256GB.

If you want to pre-order the phones outright, the 512GB Galaxy Z Fold 7 will cost you £1,799 and the 512GB Z Flip 7 will set you back £1,049. In both instances, this will save you £100.

Samsung will also give you up to £735 off the asking price when you trade in your old smartphone, plus an additional £200 off when you trade in any tablet in any condition. So, dig out that old battered iPad you can’t sell and get money off one of these new folding phones.

Alternatively, there are some excellent contract deals that will also get you a Galaxy device with double storage.
