Priyanka Chopra is currently residing with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie. The Bollywood actress has reportedly sold her four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West area. Know all details including the cost of apartments when she bought it.
According to a report in IndexTap, Priyanka Chopra sold her four flats in Mumbai’s Oberoi Six Gardens for ₹16.17 crore. Three flats are located on the 18th floor of the Lokhandwala Complex building, while the fourth one is on 19th floor. The stamp duty on all four properties comes to a total of Rs 83 lakhs. The documents for the properties were signed on March 3.
As per reports, the duplex apartment is spread across both floors, covers an area of 1,985 square feet and it was sold for ₹6.35 crore. Another apartment on the 18th floor was sold for ₹3.52 crore. Fans soon took to X and share their views and one user wrote, “Aab vo USA me shadi ki hai to vaha sasural me sab legi to aab yaha par sell kar degi. Aisa sabhi karte hai!”. Another user wrote, “This really a big step and huge things, selling 4 flats at time”.
Few years back, Priyanka Chopra had reportedly sold her apartments located in Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri for ₹7 crore. Chopra had the leased office space at Andheri for Rs 2.11 lakh a month.
Priyanka Chopra has Hollywood projects including Citadel Season 2, Heads of State and The Bluff. In the second season of Citadel, she will be reprising her role of Nadia Sinh and will be paired opposite Richard Madden. In the Heads of State, the film will star Idris Elba, John Cena, Paddy Considine, Stephen Root and Carla Gugino among others.
There are speculations that Priyanka Chopra has been locked in as the female lead in SS Rajamouli’s directorial jungle adventure film SSMB29. Following in the footsteps of other Bollywood actresses, Peewee will appear in the Telugu movie. Reports of Priyanka Chopra being a part of the film were further strengthened by after her recent arrival at the Hyderabad airport.
