Pitti Engineering Q3 PAT surges 83% to ₹29 crore


Pitti Engineering Ltd for the third quarter reported 83% growth in net profit at ₹28.76 crore as compared with ₹15.71 crore in the year ago period.

Total income during the quarter ended December 31, 2025 grew 38% to ₹421 crore, as compared with ₹305.19 crore a year ago.

The company said its net debt as at December 31, 2024 stood at ₹432.68 crore and Net Debt to Equity Ratio stood at 0.48.

Akshay S Pitti, MD & CEO, Pitti Engineering said, “The processes to integrate our recent merger and acquisitions is ongoing and we have started to derive synergies from them. As we look to FY2026 we see our machined components business continuing to grow rapidly further improving our margin profile.”
