During the BCCI awards in Mumbai on Saturday, India cricketer Smriti Mandhana asked Rohit what’s the one hobby that he has picked up recently that his teammates tease him about.
Rohit replies, “I don’t know, I mean they tease me about forgetting, but it’s not a hobby obviously, since you spoke about teasing, this is what they tease me about that I forget my wallet, I forget my passport, which is absolutely not true, that happened like a couple of decades back.”
Smriti Mandhana then asks Rohit what’s the biggest thing that he has forgotten.
“I can’t say that, I think if this is coming live, my wife will be watching and I can’t reveal that. I would keep it to myself,” Rohit replies, drawing laughter from the audience.

Despite this forgetful nature, India Test and ODI captain Rohit remains one of the sharpest cricketing minds on the field, known for his tactical acumen and ability to read the game. His forgetfulness only adds to his charm, making him even more beloved among fans and teammates.
