Love And War: The Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial is one of the most anticipated movies in the coming years. The shooting for the multi-starrer has already begun with Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt spotted on the sets a while back. Now, a photo of the massive set has made its way on social media.
A sub-thread on the social media platform Reddit shared the first photos of the set of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film. The director, who is known for his penchant for over-the-top set designs, has outdone himself for Love And War too. From the exterior, the setup looks grand and majestic.

The interior glimpse of the set also shows over-the-top design and production quality. The photos of the set amused social media users who have expressed their anticipation about the movie. The grand set has raised the audience’s expectations from the Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal starrer.
In October 2024, Ranbir and Vicky can be seen posing with an Air Force officer at Bikaner’s Air Base. It seems the duo will be playing officers in the movie and to prepare for the same they visited the base. “Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal have started preparing for LoveandWar,” the post was captioned.

Earlier, the movie was supposed to hit the theatres next year during Christmas, but now it has been reported that the markets have postponed the release date. The new release date is March 20, 2026. The film’s release falls during the biggest holiday stretch, coinciding with major festivals like Ramzan, Ram Navami , and Gudi Padwa following one after the other. It marks Vicky’s first movie with SLB and actress Alia, while it is Ranbir and Alia’s second movie with the director after Saawariya and Gangubai Kathiawadi, respectively.
