Best known for his performances in Die Another Day, Tetris and Olympus Has Fallen, Rick Yune portrays the antagonist ‘Axis of Death’ who is the leader of the Shen Triad. L2 Empuraan also hints at the Korean actor’s return in the franchise’s next film, L3.
L2 Empuraan is the sequel to the 2019 hit film Lucifer. The makers have announced that a third part of the movie is in the works and will be released soon. While not much about the project is revealed, social media users shared videos from the theatre hall with the name of the third film rolling after the post-credits. The third part of the movie is called – L3: The Beginning.
The Mohanlal and Prithiviraj starter is off to a glorious start at the box office. As per Sacnilk, L2 Empuraan has collected ₹17.69 Cr on day 1 at the time of publishing, as per Sacnilk.
