Kajol Sells Luxurious Apartment In Mumbai For ₹3.1 Cr After Buying Retail Space Worth ₹29 Cr – See Her Real Estate Portfolio



Do Patti actress Kajol has reportedly sold her ultra luxurious 762 sq ft apartment in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, for ₹3.1 crore. The deal was registered on March 20, 2025, and lists Vrushali Rajnish Rane and Rajnish Vishvnath Rane as the buyers.

According to property documents accessed by Zapkey.com, the apartment, located on the 21st floor of the Atlantis Co-Operative Housing Society Limited, comes with two stack car parking spaces. The property’s per-square-foot rate, based on the RERA carpet area, is approximately ₹40,682.

This sale follows Kajol’s significant real estate investment earlier this month. She acquired a 4,365 sq ft commercial space in Goregaon West for ₹28.78 crore. The retail property, located on the ground floor of Linking Road in Bangur Nagar, was purchased from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd. Kajol paid ₹1.72 crore in stamp duty for the transaction, which was registered on March 6, 2025. The property’s per square foot rate is ₹65,940 and includes five car parking spaces.

As per GQ India, Kajol’s net worth is estimated to be around ₹240 crore. In 2023, the Lust Stories 2 actress bought an office space in Mumbai’s Signature Building, Oshiwara, for ₹7.64 crore. This property, located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, has a RERA carpet area of 194.67 sq m. She also purchased a Mumbai apartment from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd for ₹16.50 crore in the same year. Separately, last year, Ajay Devgn rented a 3,455 sq ft office space in Mumbai for ₹7 lakh per month.
