JBM Ecolife Mobility bags order for 1,021 electric buses 


JBM Ecolife Mobility Pvt ltd., a subsidiary of JBM Auto Ltd. said it has secured an order for 1,021 electric buses valued at ₹5,500 crore under the Government of India’s PM e-Bus Sewa Scheme-2 initiative. 

These buses will be deployed in 19 cities in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Haryana. Under this tender, JBM Ecolife Mobility will be responsible for the end-to-end execution. The project will be supported by a Payment Security Mechanism (PSM), ensuring timely payments to electric bus operators and enhancing financial sustainability for industry stakeholders.
