After Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia, Ashish Chanchlani and Apoorva Mukhija, Maharashtra Cyber Cell has now summoned Rakhi Sawant in connection to India’s Got Latent Controversy. The actress has been called to record her statement on February 27, per Yashasvi Yadav, IG, Maharashtra Cyber Cell. For the unversed, the Bigg Boss 13’s participant has co-judged a show where they engaged in a heated conversation with co-judge Maheep Singh and in rage she threw a chair on the stage before walking off.
On October 8, Rakhi joined the panellist as a special guest and during the episode, she had a heated argument with co-judge Maheep. In the viral clip, she can be seen picking up a chair and throwing it aggressively on stage while a contestant was in the middle of his performance. Before leaving, she even passes some comments towards the other judges including Maheep Singh and Samay Raina.
However, it remains unclear if the stint was a planned gig or if an actual interaction took place on stage.
Soon after the video went viral, an individual who reportedly watched the show shared details about the incident on X, stating, “Rakhi got up and said to Maheep Singh, ‘Ab tu chup reh, bohot der se bakwaas kar raha hai.’ Rakhi then left, followed by Maheep. They had to shut down the show after the panel members exited. While Maheep Singh went to the vanity, Rakhi got into her car and drove away. The drama continued today, with the police present for an extended period.”
Soon the controversy around Allahabadia escalated, and Rakhi Sawant took to a comment section of a post, asking netizens to forgive Allahbadia. She wrote, “Forgive him yaar. It’s okay happen, sometimes forgive him. I know he did wrong, but forgive him.” While it is not clear where the actress has dropped the comment, the post is going viral online.
The latest episode of India’s Got Latent (which has now been deleted from YouTube) created a stir online when Ranveer Allahbadia’s remark went viral regarding ‘parental sex’. Netizens started unfollowing and unsubscribing Allahbadia;s social media page and urged others to do the same. Soon after, three FIRs were filed against him in Maharashtra, Assam and Jaipur.
