Gradiente Infotainment to invest ₹5,000 crore in scalable media ventures


Gradiente Infotainment Ltd., a media-entertainment entity, on Monday said it would invest ₹5,000 crore in the next three years across India and the MENA region to boost media and culture initiatives.

The investment would mainly focus on scalable media ventures, global storytelling, and promoting creative industries in India, the company said in a statement.

The company told The Hindu that it would explore a public float in March 2026 to raise ₹1,000 crore. It would also raise funds from High Net Worth Individuals and avail debt from financial institutions.

“We are a listed company on Calcutta Stock Exchange. Now we have applied for direct listing on both BSE and NSE,” said the company.

Vimal Raj Mathur, Chairman and Managing Director of Gradiente Infotainment Ltd said the company would contribute meaningfully to the growth of India’s Orange Economy (creative sectors).

Gradiente Infotainment operates across film, OTT, music, and digital platforms. Its upcoming pan-India film, ABHAYA, highlights women empowerment.
