Dragon OTT Release: Pradeep Ranganathan Starrer Is Set To Release On THIS Streaming Giant



Dragon starring Pradeep Ranganathan and Kayadu Lohar in lead roles is being hailed as one of the best films in recent times. The Tamil movie created wonders at box office and had also received positive reviews from audience. Now, the film is all set to make its debut on digital platform.

Streaming giant Netflix took to their Instagram handle and shared the announcement. Along the poster, the caption read, “Some dragons don’t breathe fire, because their comebacks are hotter. Watch Dragon on Netflix out on 21 March in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.”

As soon as the news was dropped, fans gushed with excitement and flooded the comment section. One user wrote, “I saw this movie…Good”. Another user wrote, “Thank you Netflix”. “Thanks for ott in hindi @netflix_in”, wrote the third user.

According to a report in Sacnilk, the total collection of Dragon now stands at ₹98.30 crore, while the worldwide collection stands at ₹146.50 crore. Helmed by Ashwath Marimuthu, the film released in cinemas on February 21, 2025.

Pradeep later thanked the audience for supporting Dragon and giving immense love. He said, “Archana madam (creative producer of AGS), started this project with the intention of making a great film. Ashwath became emotional upon seeing the response to the film in theatres. We were overwhelmed by the love shown by the Telugu audience. Thank you to the Telugu audience for making this film such a massive hit. Anupama’s role is receiving a great response and people are even making memes about me calling me the adopted son of Telugu film industry.

Apart from Pradeep Ranganathan and Kayadu Lohar, Dragon also stars Anupama Parameswaran, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon and K. S. Ravikumar. The story revolves around troubled student Ragavan who abandons his studies after a devastating breakup. He soon enters the dangerous world of financial entangled in escalating deception.
