Double Win For Indian Fans As Pakistani Actress Hania Aamir Pays Homage To Deepika Padukone After Champions Trophy Win



Hania Aamir’s love for Bollywood is not new information. The actress took to her Instagram account to share a video of herself channelling her inner Shanti Priya. The actresss recreated the scene from the 2007 film Om Shanti Om which featured Deepika Padukone.

On February 23, Hania Aamir took to her Instagram account to share the recreation of Deepika Padukone’s introduction shot from Om Shanti Om. The Pakistani actress donned a custom gold Rahul Mishra outfit. Her gown was adorned with golden embellishments and a long train followed it.

Hania recreated the scene from the Farah Khan directorial wherein the ‘Dream Girl’ Shanti Priya gets out of her car and waves at the audience. In her recreation, the Pakistani actress even used the song Ajab Si as the background. The video is now going viral online with social media users sharing their comments on the video.

Internet reacts to Hania Aamir’s recreation of Deepika Padukone in Om Shanti Om 

As soon as Hania Aamir shared the video, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their opinions on it. Several social media users appreciated the look and praised how well the Pakistani actress embodied the Shanti Priya character. Most users shared positive comments on Hania’s post.

However, a section of social media users shared that though Hania has done a good job, she appears not as beautiful as Deepika Padukone. Some netizens also shared that even though Pakistan cricket match lost the match at the Champions Trophy, the actress has won the hearts of people on social media.
