Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are expecting their first child soon. The couple took to their Instagram account to share the news of their first pregnancy in November 2024. Months before the due date they have now shared photos from their maternity shoot.
On March 12, Athiya Shetty took to her Instagram account to share a series of photos from her maternity shoot. The actor-cricketer couple shared the photos in a joint post, “Oh, baby”. The couple’s shoot was held at their home in Mumbai, with select outdoor shots of Athiya.

The mom-to-be was glowing in a beige floor-length gown. KL Rahul, on the other hand, donned a simple white t-shirt teamed with a denim pant. In another photo, Athiya changed into a loose-fitted white shirt and wide-legged jeans which flaunted her baby bump. The carousel post also consisted of a photo of the Motichoor Chaknachoor actress in a brown co-ord set with which he paired statement golden accessories. Athiya Shetty was glowing in all the photos and flaunted her baby bump. In a recent conversation with Chandra Kochhar, Bollywood actor and Athiya Shetty’s father Suniel Shetty hinted that the couple will deliver their baby in April.
While Athiya Shetty has shared photos from her maternity shoot now, it is not the first time she has debuted her baby bump. On March 9, the actress took to her social media account to share a photo of the silhouette of her baby bump after India won the Champions Trophy 2025 against New Zealand. In the image, Athiya is seen standing next to the television, watching Rahul’s jubilant celebrations after the Indian team clinched the prestigious trophy. Her baby bump is clearly visible in the picture. She tagged Rahul in the post and added a heart emoji.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot on January 23, 2023, in an intimate ceremony at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala. In November 2024, Athiya and KL Rahul announced their pregnancy, sharing an adorable post that read, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025,” accompanied by baby feet emojis.
