Kavya Maran is the co-owner and CEO of Sunrisers Hyderabad. The team made its debut in the IPL in 2013. Kavya is the daughter of the owner of the team, Kalanithi Maran. The Telangana-based tycoon is also the founder of Sun Group, one of the biggest media networks in Asia.
Kavya also manages some of the music and other channels by the SUN Network. Reportedly, she has done her MBA from the prestigious Business school, Warwick Business School in England, after getting her graduation degree from Stella Maris College in Chennai.
