Android fans in need of a new smartphone might want to check out a limited-time offer from Google. The US technology brand has just slashed the price of its flagship Pixel 9 Pro, making it look far more appealing. In fact, this device has never been this cheap before.
At its launch, the Pixel 9 Pro cost a hefty £999, but that’s now been dropped to just £679, making it more affordable than the Galaxy S25 Ultra and iPhone 16 Pro.

So what do you get for your money?

There’s a 6.3-inch OLED display, huge battery, wireless charging and toughened glass design. It’s powered by the latest G4 Tensor processor and extremely smart thanks to full Google Gemini compatiblity.
That means you can now have a full-blown conversation with it.
Those who love snapping photos on their phone won’t be disappointed. The Pixel 9 Pro packs a triple-lens snapper with 50 MP wide + 48 MP ultra‑wide + 48 MP telephoto lenses.
Smart AI can also retouch images automatically to make sure photo bombers are removed and everyone is smiling in the family selfie.
At £679, this device comes highly recommended, but beware.
Google has now announced that it will be holding its next big event on August 20th where will definitely see the new Pixel 10 announced.
