AI tech catches up in real estate, MMR developer to unveil IT Park named AI Thane

With AI and ML being the buzz word today, real estate developer Saptashree Group has announced the launch of a commercial real estate project, an IT Park called AI Thane, to attract tech savvy tenants and investors.

From facial recognition security and automated climate control to predictive maintenance and smart energy management systems, every aspect of the park will be monitored and optimised by machine learning technologies, the developer said.

The project will have Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s (MMR) first AI-powered human less parking ecosystem for effortless parking for office goers, it added.

Situated in the business district of Wagle Estate, Thane, the project is expected to deliver a new standard in intelligent infrastructure, automation, and sustainable design for the next generation of enterprises, it further said.

Sohan Thakur, Director, Saptashree Group said, “We are not just building another IT park, we are creating a business ecosystem that thinks, adapts, and evolves.”

“AI Thane is our commitment to empowering businesses with infrastructure that is intelligent, future-ready, and proudly made in India. This is a space where technology is not an add-on, it is the core,” he said. He said the project is designed to embed AI into everyday business functions.

AI Thane will feature diamond-cut glass façades, pillarless offices, an automated double-height entrance lobby, and scalable layouts for companies of all sizes.  The developer said they would provide incubation support for start-ups, and dedicated zones for business networking. “This is about creating a launchpad for future-first businesses — whether one is a start-up looking for venture support or a multinational seeking intelligent infrastructure,” Mr. Thakur added.
