Tollywood’s Biggest Director Couldn’t Stop Leaks Of Most Anticipated Movie Despite No Phone Policy On Set

SSMB29: SS Rajamouli has been secretly filming for his upcoming directorial, tentatively titled SSMB29. Rumours are rife that Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran have shot some scenes in Odisha. Purported photos of the two South stars meeting officials in the state before commencing the shoot of the multi-starrer had hinted that the movie will go on the floors soon with its main cast after nearly 2 years of pre-production work.

Now, some leaks from the movie have found their way online, revealing some interesting character details from the movie. In the now-viral images and videos, an actor can be seen walking in the open grounds. As the wind blows, he is pushed and comes face-to-face with another man, who is on a motor-operated wheelchair. Many were reminded of the wheelchair-bound Professor Charles from the X-Men series.

While the video and snaps circulated online are blurry, many speculated that the two actors were Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj. Some remained skeptical and claimed they were body doubles, but believed that the movie could be shooting with some extras.

Rajamouli is famous for enforcing “no mobile and no camera equipment access” on sets and he could be back at it again, given crucial plot moments have allegedly leaked online, stoking fan frenzy and fear for the makers. The Eega director has used his no-phone policy strategy during the shoot of his earlier films, Baahubali and RRR.

Reportedly, Priyanka is also part of the project and met with the team in Hyderabad in January and juggled between her work commitments and personal life. The actress’ brother Siddharth Chopra got married with Neelam Upadhyaya.
