Dragon On OTT: When And Where To Watch Pradeep Ranganathan Starrer Tamil Blockbuster Online

Tamil hit film Dragon, starring Pradeep Ranganathan, released on February 21 and is on track to become the biggest Tamil hit of 2025 so far by surpassing Ajith Kumar’s Vidaamuyarchi. While the movie has been successfully running in cinema halls now for over two weeks, anticipation is building over its digital release. Soon, Dragon will become the highest-grossing Tamil film of the year so far but its OTT debut will happen just a little after a month of its big screen debut.

Anupama Parameswaran also stars in director Ashwath Marimuthu’s Dragon. The film, reportedly made on a budget of ₹35 crore, has collected over ₹70 crore in India, predominantly from the Tamil markets, and over ₹130 crore worldwide. The coming-of-age film has emerged as a fan-favourite with many hoping that it premieres soon on OTT. Reportedly, Dragon is set to stream on Netflix in multiple languages from March 28. Official confirmation by the streamer and the makers is awaited.

Before Dragon, movie fans will be able to watch Mammootty’s Malayalam film Dominic and the Ladies’ Purse on OTT. Reportedly, the crime drama in which Mammootty plays the role of a private detective, is all set to premiere on OTT on March 7 after its initial theatrical release on January 23.

Unlike 2023 end and 2024 when Mammootty witnessed back-to-back hits like Kannur Squad, Kaathal- The Core, Bramayugam, Turbo and Abraham Ozler,  Dominic and the Ladies’ Purse has not been able to emerge as a commercial hit. Its worldwide collections touched ₹20 crore. The actor will next feature in Bazooka which will release later this year.
