Fateh OTT Release: When And Where To Watch Sonu Sood’s Action Thriller Online



Sonu Sood returned to Hindi cinema after three years with Fateh, which also marked his directorial debut. In the movie, the actor plays the role of an ex-agent, who is on a mission to bring down the entire cyber mafia to find a missing girl. The movie hit the theatres on January 10 and received mixed reviews from the audience. Now, after almost two months, the action thriller has made its way to OTT.

Starring Sonu Sood, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vijay Raaz and Dibyendu Bhattacharya, the movie has started streaming on JioHotstar from today, January 7. The official handle of the streaming giant shared a new motion poster and captioned, “Jab baat insaaf ki ho, toh sirf ek naam kaafi hai – Fateh. #Fateh is Now Streaming only on #JioHotstar.”

The movie follows Fateh Singh, an ex-special ops officer, who lives a very peaceful life as a dairy farming supervisor in Punjab until a village girl Nimrit falls prey to a cybercrime syndicate headed by Raza and Satya Prakash. Joining forces with Khushi Sharma, an ethical hacker, Fateh uses their combined skills to rescue the girl and destroy the cybercrime syndicate.

Fateh opened its business with ₹2.4 crore in India and went on to mint ₹11.1 crore in the opening week. The movie concluded its box office run in India as a sleeper hit. It collected ₹26.86 crore at domestic box office, whereas overseas it minted ₹3.21 crore.

The actor was last seen in Madha Gaja Raja, which released this year after 12 years of delay due to legal and financial troubles. The actor is yet to announce his next project.
