VIjay Deverakonda’s Upcoming Movies: Rowdy Janardhana, Kingdom, Pushpa 3 And More



Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most popular actors in the Telugu film industry. He made his debut in 2011 with Ravi Babu’s rom-com movie Nuvvila. Let’s know about the films he is speculated to be part of.

Vijay Deverakonda’s highly-anticipated film VD 12 has been titled as Kingdom. The Telugu version of the movie is titled Kingdom, while the Hindi version will be released as Saamraajya. Helmed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, with Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role, the movie is bankrolled by Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments. Kingdom will be dubbed in Tamil and Hindi. Music is by Anirudh Ravinchander and edited by Navin Nooli. It is presented by Srikara Studios. It is scheduled to release in theatres on May 30, 2025.

Vijay is rumoured to be part of Pushpa 3. This is after a picture was shared by Oscar-award-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty in which the background showcased, “Pushpa 3: The Rampage”.

He also rumoure to be playing a key role in the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD. The first part is helmed by Nag Ashwin, the film also stars Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani among others. In the first part, he played the role of Arjuna.

A clip is going viral on X in which producer Dil Raju spilled the beans by talking about the upcoming project of Vijay Deverakonda. He said, “Both ‘Yellamma‘ and ‘Rowdy Janardhana‘ have completed their pre-production work and are ready to begin filming in April or May. Vijay Deverakonda’s film is titled ‘Rowdy Janardhana’, and Nithiin’s film is titled ‘Yellamma’”.

Rowdy Janardhana will reportedly be helmed by Ravi Kiran Kola, who is best known for his work Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru. It is set in the Rayalaseema region.
