'Posed as hotel staff': Tunisian man arrested after two British teens sexually assaulted in Valencia bathroom

Spanish police have arrested a 32-year-old Tunisian man accused of sexually assaulting three British tourists at a hotel in Valencia, including two young women aged 18 and 19.Authorities detained the suspect on Tuesday afternoon after two of the alleged victims reported a series of incidents at the hotel. The man is alleged to have posed as a hotel employee before approaching the women, The Sun reported. The suspect is alleged to have opened a door for the two British tourists and persuaded them to follow him into a bathroom. Once inside, he allegedly prevented them from leaving by grabbing their arms. Investigators say he then groped the 19-year-old woman and attempted to kiss the younger tourist while placing his hand under her skirt. The women later reported that the man followed them into a female bathroom area, removed his clothing and began showering.Police arrested the suspect shortly after 1:30pm on Tuesday following the complaints. After officers arrived, a third British tourist, aged 26, told police she believed she had also been targeted by the same man.She alleged that while brushing her teeth in a bathroom on Sunday morning, the suspect approached her from behind, wrapped his arms around her and began rubbing himself against her without consent.Police are now investigating all three allegations and working to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incidents. The identities of the women have not been disclosed.
