Sharing a video and replying with laughing emojis, she wrote, “😂😂😂😂😂 Got me feeling like Turning Point USA execs at the funeral.” This came just after fresh reports suggested a key problem in the evidence against Tyler Robinson. At the center of the case is a serious question. A report linked to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) says the bullet used in the killing may not match the rifle police tied to Robinson. This detail has now raised doubts and pushed the case into a new phase, months after Kirk was shot on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University.

Candace Owens has been one of the loudest voices questioning the case. After the new report came out, she posted on X, “Where are all my neocons who have been ‘overwhelmed’ by the non existent evidence against Tyler Robinson? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Hope the money was worth your soul.” Her comments came after multiple outlets, including ATF-linked findings and a report by TMZ, said there is a mismatch between the bullet recovered and the rifle connected to Robinson. His lawyers are now using this point to argue that the evidence may not fully support the charges. Because of this, Robinson’s legal team has asked to delay his upcoming hearing so they can study the bullet analysis in detail. He is currently facing serious charges, including aggravated murder, and could face the death penalty if found guilty.

Charlie Kirk, 31, was shot after hosting a debate event at Utah Valley University. Police later identified Tyler Robinson, 22, using surveillance and online activity. After a 33-hour manhunt, Robinson turned himself in when his family recognized him in news images.Investigators earlier believed Robinson had written messages on bullets found in the weapon. These included phrases like “Hey fascist! Catch” and “Bella Ciao.” At the time, officials said he may have been influenced by online content.Tyler Robinson grew up in Utah and studied briefly at Utah State University before dropping out. According to reports, people close to him were shocked by the incident. One message shared with investigators mentioned his “need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point.”The case has also sparked strong reactions online. Marjorie Taylor Greene posted, “The ATF could not match the bullet to Tyler Robinson’s gun and when the news breaks the sheriff resigns.”Soon after the report surfaced, Washington County Sheriff Keith Brooksby resigned after 30 years. Officials have not linked his exit to the case, but many online users continue to question the timing. Tyler Robinson is set to return to court on April 17, 2026, as the legal battle continues.
