Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 13: As its second week is about to wrap up, Vicky Kaushal starrer Chhaava will enter the ₹400 crore club at the domestic box office. The partial Maha Shivratri holiday proved very beneficial for the film as it collected in the vicinity of ₹22 crore, pushing its India collection to over ₹385 crore mark. It is already the biggest Indian film of 2025 so far and is expected to witness a jump in its collections over the third weekend as no new releases are lined up.

The movie performed well in all circuits beyond Maharashtra after positive word of mouth spread for it. On its 13th day, Chhaava collected ₹21.75 crore, taking its total to ₹385.00 crore. Wednesday also recorded the film’s highest single-day collection in its second week. All eyes are now on how the historical film performs at the box office. Chances are the collections will be good as no new significant Hindi release is lined up.

Chhaava also became the highest-grossing period historical after it surpassed the collections of Ranveer Singh starrer Padmavat.

Talking about his role as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in Chhaava and how he prepared for the role, Vicky Kaushal said, “During the prep, a lot of things happened, and I told Laxman sir that something right is happening somewhere. I feel shy to talk about the prep now that the work is done, but whatever was inside me, I gave it all to this. I am satisfied knowing that I had nothing more to give to any film than what I’ve given to this one.”

Chhaava is directed by Laxman Utekar and also stars Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna.
