IShowSpeed reacts to Eiichiro Oda One Piece treasure box video as Reddit user XilLive suggests Suruga Bay location through detailed clue analysis

The mystery became even bigger the next day when a Reddit user named XilLive posted a long analysis on the subreddit r/OnePieceSpoilers on March 3, 2026. The user carefully studied the official video and shared several clues that might reveal where the treasure box was dropped.According to the first clue, the drop likely happened near Japan. The user suggested that the Japan Coast Guard would normally not allow objects to be dumped into the sea unless special permission was given. They wrote:“Clue 1: We’ll assume off the coast of Japan, in Japanese territory. From the ship, the crew, and the fact that this would be illegal to dump in the ocean, I am guessing Oda has gotten permission from the Japanese coast guard and the treasure has tracking so they can find later.”The Reddit user also noticed something about the sunset in the video. They said the camera seemed to face southwest, and there was no land visible on the horizon. That detail suggested the ship was some distance away from the Japanese coast.Another observation focused on the ocean floor shown briefly in the clip. The user guessed the box might rest about 600 meters underwater, where the seabed has soft sediment and calm currents. The user presented his last guess after he combined all available evidence. They suggested the treasure could be in Suruga Bay, a deep bay near Tokyo. The location is also known for research activity by Japan Agency for Marine Earth Science and Technology.Still, the Reddit user admitted the theory may not be perfect. They wrote that the footage could even be staged and said fans should treat the clues carefully. For now, the true location of the One Piece box remains unknown. But between fan theories and IShowSpeed’s wild idea to search the ocean live, the mystery has only made fans even more curious.
