MS Dhoni soars to new heights: Former India captain becomes certified drone pilot

NEW DELHI: Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has once again captured the nation’s attention, this time off the cricket field, by completing drone pilot training and becoming a certified expert in aviation technology. As the brand ambassador of Garuda Aerospace, Dhoni undertook a rigorous program combining theoretical ground classes with intensive practical flying sessions on simulators and real drones. With the certification, he is now officially qualified to operate drones, underscoring the growing potential of drone technology in India.Garuda Aerospace shared the milestone on social media, writing: “When legends choose innovation, they choose Garuda. MS Dhoni is now a DGCA Certified Drone Pilot, trained at Garuda Aerospace RPTO.”
