CX automation firm Verint to hire 1,000 deep tech talent; opens innovation centre


Verint, a New York-based customer experience (CX) automation firm, has opened its global innovation centre in Bengaluru to support its over 10,000 global clients including 80 Fortune 100 brands.

Verint’s Chief Technology Officer, Rob Scudiere said the company would hire 1,000 AI experts, data scientists, researchers, cloud experts and people with DeepTech expertise in India by the end of 2026.

The company’s team at Bengaluru would work in partnership with the global team to constantly enhance Verint Open Platform and support all its clients spread across 100 geographies to improve customer experience through CX automation.

According to Mr. Scudiere, the CX automation space was evolving rapidly and currently pegged at $60 billion globally, growing at a CAGR of 5% to 7%.

‘”CX automation has been fast catching up globally as it has been really enhancing customer experience for global brands, cutting cost and also reducing repetative taks for employees and giving them breaks between the last tasks and the next task, with the help of AI,” he added.
