Manoj Bajpayee, the ‘family man’, is back in season 3 of the hit series

Fan-favourite ‘The Family Man’ season three teaser is out. As streaming service Prime Video shared the smash hit series’ first poster on Tuesday, viewers could get a glimpse of its leading man, Manoj Bajpayee, in his famous role of Srikant Tiwari.

Sharing the posters on social media pages, the streamer wrote in its caption: “All eyes on our family men. #TheFamilyManOnPrime, New Season, Coming Soon.”

The series is created and directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK; its third season features the original cast members including Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, ¬Ashlesha Thakur, and Vedant Sinha. The thriller series is written by Suman Kumar, Raj and DK. 

In the third season, The Family Man will see Bajpayee reprise his character of Srikant Tiwari, a “middle-class guy and a world-class spy”.

The latest season will see Srikant expertly confront the looming threat to national security while balancing the demands of family life and desperately working to mend his relationship with his wife Suchitra, played by Priyamani.

“As Srikant races against time, the stakes escalate as he needs to outmaneuver a formidable adversary and protect his country and its sovereignty,” read the official logline for season three.

The first season of The Family Man had debuted on Prime Video in late 2019, and received glowing reviews. The second season, also starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu, premiered in 2021 and was also praised by critics.
