'Poor judgment and...': Kash Patel's letter firing FBI agent Walter Giardina who lost wife last month goes viral
Kash Patel’s letter firing an FBI agent got leaked and is now going viral.

As more heads rolled in the FBI, director Kash Patel’s letter to agent Walter B Giardina, informing him that he was being fired from his services, went viral. Giardina lost his wife last month to cancer and he worked on a case that sent Trump’s trade adviser Peter Navarro to prison. “This document provides official notice that you are being summarily dismissed from your position at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and removed from the federal service, under my authority as the FBI Director, effective immediately,” the letter said before accusing him of political weaponization of the government.“You have exercised poor judgment and a lack of impartiality in carrying out duties, leading to the political weaponization of the government,” Patel wrote. “If applicable, you may have the right to file an appeal of this removal with the US Merit Systems Protection Board within 30 days of the effective date of the removal action,” the letter signed by Patel mentioned as Kashyap P Patel said. The letter went viral, triggering a debate on Patel’s action as many commented that despite Giardina’s recent personal tragedy, he continued doing his job “scrupulously and ethically”. MAGA cheered over the viral letter and, calling Giardina a deep state operative, asked more of this purgation from the administration. “Dude’s wife died of cancer last month. And you’re firing him because he did his job? You’re firing him without eligibility for retirement benefits? And you think that you’re the ones that back the blue?” MSNBC analyst Tim Miler said calling Kash Patel a “small man”. “The fact that this guy leaked the letter tells me Kash made the right decision,” one wrote. “So if someone does something bad but also has a tragic family event, does that event somehow absolve them?? Liberals are so dumb. They literally will cheer will a conservative dies. But holding someone accountable is bad if they have a tragedy. The hypocrisy is so blinding,” another wrote.
