Deepika’s hilarious meme targets Ranveer

When superstar Deepika Padukone posts something on social media, trust it to make waves. She has now given her fans a light-hearted glimpse into her relationship with husband Ranveer Singh through a hilarious meme that perfectly captures how she involves him in decision-making – even after she’s already made up her mind!

The meme Deepika re-posted on her Instagram Story showed a monkey holding a phone to its ear, with the caption, “Me phoning my husband to ask his opinion about something I’ve already decided, but I want him to be involved in the decision in case something goes wrong.” Deepika added smiling emojis and tagged Ranveer in the story, teasing fun at the typical husband-wife dynamic.

In an earlier post, she also joked about Ranveer’s phone habits using a funny image of a pigeon pacing in circles, suggesting his restlessness while taking calls.

The couple, who welcomed their daughter Dua in September last year, continue to win hearts. At the time of their daughter’s birth, they wrote, “She is the answer to our prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer.”

Up next, Deepika is set to star in director Atlee’s next film alongside Allu Arjun, tentatively titled ‘AA22xA6’. This marks her second collaboration with Atlee after ‘Jawan’. Meanwhile, Ranveer will appear next in ‘Dhurandhar’. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film will hit cinemas on December 5.
