Do you believe the BCCI’s decision to form a committee for guidelines is necessary after the tragic stampede?

“The Apex Council expressed its profound grief over the tragic incidents in Ahmedabad and Bengaluru, which led to the unfortunate loss of innocent lives,” a statement from the board said. “In light of the incident that occurred during the victory celebrations in Bengaluru, the Apex Council has decided to constitute a committee to formulate comprehensive guidelines aimed at preventing such occurrences in the future.”The tragedy in Bengaluru occurred during a public celebration following Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s maiden IPL triumph after a wait of 18 years. An unexpected surge in the crowd led to a stampede at the stadium gates, raising serious concerns about crowd management and event planning during such high-profile occasions.
