NEW DELHI: Former cricketer Madan Lal has issued a stern rebuke regarding the inadequate planning and crowd control during Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s (RCB) IPL celebrations at M. Seven individuals perished in the ensuing stampede, with additional casualties transported to Bowring Hospital and Vydehi Superspeciality Hospital for urgent care.“People will not forget this —or Virat Kohli.
