Infosys employees to get 65% bonus for Q4 of FY25

Infosys has rolled out an average performance bonus payout of 65% for senior managers and staff below, which is the bulk of the company’s workforce, for the fourth quarter of FY25, according company sources. Eligible employees would receive the bonus component in the May 2025 payroll cycle, they said. However, an email sent by The Hindu to Infosys did not elicit a response.

An email Infosys wrote to employees read, “Amidst the complex macro-economic environment in Q4, we remained client-focused and responsive to market needs.”

The company had given out an 80% bonus in the previous (Q3) of FY25, which was 90% in the second quarter. “There is a 15% cut in bonus in Q4 compared to bonus given out in the sequential quarter. But anything is a bonus, when markets are choppy,” said an internal source.
