Mazgoan Dockyard to open OFS for non-retail investors today

The Government-owned Mazgoan Dockyard Shipbuilders Limited (MZDL) will open offer for sale to non-retail investors on Friday (April 4, 2025).

MZDL will sell 2.83% of its equity shares, which is 1.14 crore, and another 2% as green shoe option in the stake sale, according to an exchange filing by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).
