Abhishek Bachchan’s Be Happy: Meet 12-year-old Child Artist Inayat Verma Who Has Worked With These Bollywood Stars Before



Be Happy featuring Abhishek Bachchan in lead role is receiving immense love from netizens ever since it premiered on OTT platform on March 14. However, the child artist Inayat Verma has captured everyone’s attention for her brilliant acting skills in the film. But, did you know this is not the first time she has featured alongside Abhishek Bachchan.

Inayat Verma was born on April 25, 2012 in Ludhiana, Punjab and is studying in Kundan Vidya Mandir Sr. Secondary School, as per report of Starsunfolded. Before stepping into films, she made took part in an 2017 acting reality show Sabse Bada Kalakar. Judged by Raveena Tandon, Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani, the show focused on searching for child proteges between the age of 4-13 year olds, who had the ability to entertain the nation with their acting talent.

In 2020, Inayat played the role of role of Mini in film Ludo starring Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

In 2023 film, Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar, she played the role of Ranbir Kapoor ’s (Rohan ‘Micket’ Arora) niece, Sweetu. It also starred Anubhav Singh Bassi, Monica Chaudhary, Hasleen Kaur and Dimple Kapadia among others.

In 2022 movie Shabaash Mithu, Inayat portrayed the role of Young Mithali Raj, while the adult role was played by Taapsee Pannu . It also starred Mumtaz Sorcar, Vijay Raaz, Brijandera Kala, Aditi Aaryan and Priya Kumari among others

In 2021 film Ajeeb Daastaans, Inayat played the role of Binny. The movie featured Raj Mehta, Neeraj Ghaywan and Kayoze Irani among others.

Be Happy is a heartfelt story about a single father and his remarkable journey to help fulfil his daughter’s dream of performing on India’s biggest dance reality show.

Helmed and written by Remo D’Souza, Be Happy premiered on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on March 14. Apart from Abhishek Bachchan, Inayat Verma, the film also featured, Nora Fatehi, Nassar, Johnny Lever, Sanchit Chanana, Harleen Sethi and Prabhu Deva among others.
