A heartfelt video featuring young Indian woman cricketer Kashvee Gautam and star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has taken the internet by storm, amassing over 80 million views on Instagram in just two days — and counting. The staggering reach is particularly impressive considering Kashvee had only 60.5K followers.
The video captures an emotional moment where Hardik Pandya gifts the 21-year-old her dream bat, fulfilling a promise he made to her months ago.

Kashvee, who represents Gujarat Giants in the Women’s Premier League, had met Pandya during the tournament, where he learned she idolised him and had even inscribed ‘HP33’ on her bat. Touched by her admiration, Pandya promised to give her a custom-made bat — identical in weight to hers (1100 grams).

He delivered on that promise ahead of Mumbai Indians‘ IPL clash against Delhi Capitals. “Badhai ho badhai pehla call-up ke liye… play and enjoy. Go well. India ke liye khelo,” Pandya was seen saying in the video, handing over the bat.
Kashvee shared the video with the caption: “Champions don’t just play the game — they uplift the next generation. Hardik Pandya, promise made, promise kept. Thank you!”
